1. About the service

cryptoswapp.net ("CryptoSwapp", "we") is an informational partner interface for exchanging digital assets. Swaps themselves are created and executed by the third-party service SimpleSwap via the embedded widget; each swap is additionally governed by the terms and policies of SimpleSwap. CryptoSwapp is compensated by the partner; this website charges users no separate fee.

2. No custody

CryptoSwapp does not accept, hold, or transfer users' funds or crypto assets, does not create wallets, and has no access to private keys. All asset operations happen directly between the user and the partner's infrastructure.

3. User requirements

• You are at least 18 years old and the use of cryptocurrency services is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You verify addresses, networks, and amounts before confirming: blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• You do not use the service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

4. Rates, fees, and timing

Rates are set by the partner's liquidity providers and may be fixed or floating. The final amount, including network fees, is displayed in the widget before confirmation. Settlement time depends on blockchain network load and is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". We are not liable for the operation of blockchain networks, the partner's actions or decisions (including AML-related transaction holds), losses caused by user-entered data errors, or any indirect damages. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or legal advice.

6. Intellectual property

CryptoSwapp's design, texts, and logo are protected; use without consent is not permitted. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its update date.
