AML & Risk Disclosure
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. CryptoSwapp's position
CryptoSwapp does not process payments and is not a financial institution. We do not support the use of cryptocurrencies for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or fraud, and may refuse support to users who break the law.
2. Partner AML screening
Swaps are executed by SimpleSwap, which applies its own AML/CTF monitoring procedures. In some cases a transaction may be paused until the sender completes identity verification (KYC). Such decisions are made by the partner under its own rules.
3. Risk warning
- Crypto assets are volatile: their value can change significantly during a swap.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible: funds sent to a wrong address or network usually cannot be recovered.
- A floating rate is fixed at execution time and may differ from the rate shown when the order was created.
- Regulatory requirements differ by country — make sure you comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
