1. What data we process

CryptoSwapp requires no registration and creates no user accounts. We may process: technical visit data (IP address, browser type, pages) as anonymized statistics; and information you voluntarily send to our support email.

2. Data inside the swap widget

Wallet addresses, amounts, and swap statuses are entered in the widget and processed by SimpleSwap as an independent operator under its own privacy policy (see simpleswap.io). CryptoSwapp has no access to this data.

3. Cookies and analytics

The site may use web-analytics cookies (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) for anonymized traffic statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site remains functional.

4. Storage and sharing

Support correspondence is kept no longer than needed to respond and keep records (up to 12 months). We do not sell personal data and disclose it to third parties only when required by law.

You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to support@cryptoswapp.net.
